These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user of the aabc8 platform ("Platform") and aabc8. By visiting our website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms.

aabc8 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website. It is each user's responsibility to review the latest updates.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at aabc8:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
• You must open an account by providing completely truthful and accurate information.
• Each person may hold only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• You may not allow any other person to use your account.

aabc8 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. aabc8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if valid documents are not provided.

aabc8 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 1 hour.
• Only the registered account holder may withdraw deposited funds.
• The wagering requirements of the relevant bonus must be met before making a withdrawal request.
• aabc8 reserves the right to verify withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Registered users at aabc8 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The terms related to bonuses are described in detail below:

• Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit).
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus = total balance ৳2,500; ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• A bonus can only be claimed once — not multiple times from a single account, a single IP address, or a single household.
• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games — see the promo page for details of active offers.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the conditions are met.
• aabc8 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.

aabc8's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play and active participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week and added directly to the account. aabc8 reserves the right to change VIP reward rates and terms.

aabc8 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties, however information may be shared in the following cases:

• At the request of government authorities to meet legal obligations.
• With authorized payment service providers for payment processing.
• For the purpose of fraud prevention and security verification.

aabc8 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Any financial loss or failure to profit from gaming.
• Interruptions or delays caused by third-party networks or services.
• Loss resulting from a user's account information being disclosed to others (if caused by the user's own negligence).
• Any loss due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.

A user may close their own account at any time. aabc8 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or dishonest activity is detected.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
• If the user themselves requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, it will be returned.
